Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Titan World, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery in their original condition.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your Titan World account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the items.
